  FB Stock (FENER) Price and Chart Fenerbahçe SK or FB (FENER) is among the biggest sports clubs in Turkey. In fact, the success of the club, which was founded in 1907 in the house number 3 on Beşbıyık Street in Moda ( Istanbul ), continues to draw attention day by day. FB Organization

Fenerbahçe Sports Club was founded in 1907 in the Moda district of Istanbul. While its founders are Nurizade Ziya Songülen, Necip Okaner, Ayetullah Bey, Enver Yetiker and Asaf Beşpınar, the pioneers of the club are Black Stockings FC in 1899 and Kadıköy Football Club in 1902 are considered to be the predecessors of this team. Although it had many delays due to bureaucratic and political reasons, the FB establishment was accepted on May 3, 1907.

FB Public Offering

The public offering was made on 12.02.2004 and it is known that the first sale was made on 20 February of the same year. The amount corresponding to 15% of the total share owned by the club at that time was offered to the public. There are basically two owners of the shares, of which 67,07% of the Club is owned by Fenerbahçe Sports Club Association and the remaining 32,93% is owned by other participations.
