Fenerbahce is launching its cryptocurrency project. Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç said that the project will start in 10 days.

Fenerbahce President Ali Koç, in a statement at the High Council Meeting, gave the first time for the cryptocurrency, which the fans have been waiting for a long time. Koç said, "We will start our cryptocurrency project within 10 days at the latest. We are starting it with a signing ceremony." Koç stated that the cryptocurrency business in Turkey is far ahead of Europe and said, "Interestingly, our country differs from Europe in terms of investment." Fenerbahce President stated that they remained silent as a club, but as they waited, the offers became more attractive and continued as follows: "Many clubs have announced their own cryptocurrency strategies and cooperation in the Super League. Although Fenerbahçe has not yet released its cryptocurrency, it has announced another important collaboration in the field of blockchain. The club is featured in the Ethereum-based fantasy football game Sorare, which was reported to have received half a billion dollars investment a few weeks ago. Currently, there are Galatasaray, Trabzonspor, Istanbul Başakşehir, Karşıyaka, Eskişehir, Ankaragücü, Denizlispor, Bursaspor, Göztepe, Alanyaspor among Turkish clubs that issue cryptocurrencies.
