Flights Between Netherlands and Turkey Started
Flights between Netherlands and Turkey started. Flights were stopped due to the coronavirus mutation.
Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) has announced the restart of flights between Netherlands and Turkey.
In accordance with the note published by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation (DGCA), (a statement issued to inform airmen of some important situations that may affect flight and ground safety), stated that the Netherlands was removed from the list of restricted flights for measures against the new type of coronavirus mutation.
As of Wednesday, December and 23 flight restrictions between Turkey and the Netherlands are lifted, while flight restrictions for Britain, Denmark and South Africa are not lifted yet.
After Health Minister Fahrettin Koca announced that a new type of coronavirus
mutations in the UK has increased speed of transmission, decision was taken to temporary stop the flights to England, Denmark, the Netherlands and South Africa from Turkey.
