The highest price increase in Istanbul
The price of an average house in Istanbul increased by a record 200%. The rate of increase was 208% in new buildings and 202% in non-new buildings.
The price per square meter of an average house in Istanbul increased to 22,590 TL. Thus, the minimum sales price of a standard 100 square meter house rose to 2 million 259 thousand TL.
What is the cheapest house price?
The price per square meter of housing increased to 13,936 TL throughout the country. Thus, the average selling price of a 100 square meter house was 1 million 393 thousand TL.
3-digit increases in Ankara and Izmir
In the last one year, house prices increased by 181% in Ankara and 162.2% in Izmir.
