Istanbul in the last year. According to the published data, it was observed that the average rental price of residential square meters in Istanbul was 17 TL, while the average rental price was 667 TL.
Most Increase Was Observed In Bayrampaşa
Bayrampaşa, Beylikdüzü, Şile, Başakşehir and Esenyurt were observed to be among the districts with the highest increase in value for the last year. While house rents in Bayrampaşa have increased by 24 percent in the last year, it has increased by 21 percent in Beylikdüzü, 20 percent in Şile, 20 percent in Başakşehir and 18 percent in Esenyurt. Districts with the highest square meter rental rates in Istanbul were recorded as Sarıyer, Beşiktaş, Bakırköy, Beyoğlu, Kadıköy and Şişli.
