Indices Were Mixed in Asian Stock Markets on October 28 Indices were mixed in Asian stock markets on October 28. Asian stocks were down in Japan and Hong Kong in Wednesday's trading, while they followed a flat course in South Korea. Asian stock markets fell in Wednesday's trading, as concerns about economic activity deepened as the number of cases in the epidemic increased again in some parts of the world. Presidential elections to be held in the USA on November 3, the suspension of the incentive package planned to be applied to the economic effects of the coronavirus epidemic in the USA, and the aggravation of the epidemic in places in the world continue to affect the stock market. The most important subject on the agenda is the Chinese Communist Party meeting, which will continue until October 29 in China and will determine the course of development for the next 15 years.
