Investors Anticipate a Correction in Stock Markets
Investors anticipate a correction in the stock markets. This correction is estimated to be up to 10 percent.
According to
Deutsche Bank's survey, 58 percent of investors expect a 5-10 percent correction in global stock markets by the end of the year.
58 percent of the 550 market experts who participated in the investor appetite survey conducted by
Deutsche Bank on September 7-9 said that they expect a selling wave in the stock markets by the end of the year.
According to the survey, experts continue to think that Covid-19 poses the biggest threat to the stability of the markets. 53 percent of respondents expressed concern about new variants and the ineffectiveness of vaccines against these variants. Another big danger is that inflation is higher than expected.
The survey proves that the belief in the view that the increase in inflation indicated by the central banks is temporary is decreasing, on the other hand, there is still a common view.
Deutsche Bank also asked market officials if it would return to offices after the pandemic, and data revealed that one in five people had not returned to the office since March 2020, when the pandemic began.
Deutsche Bank noted that the rate is higher in the US, with one out of three people not returning to the office.
