IPO of Gen Ilac Has Been Approved

IPO of Gen Ilac has been approved. Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the public offering of Gen İlaç ve Sağlık Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

In its weekly bulletin, the Capital Markets Board (CMB) announced the approval of the public offering application of Gen İlaç ve Sağlık Ürünleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. After the approval, it was stated that in the public offering of Gen Ilac, 11.25 million Group B shares with a nominal value of 11.25 million TL owned by Abidin Gümüs, one of the current partners of the company, and 1.25 million shares with a nominal value of 1.25 million TL owned by Absel Emlak ve Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi along with 12.5 million Group B shares with a total nominal value of 12.5 million TL will be offered for sale. The shares will be offered for sale at a fixed price of 10.75 TL. In addition, it was stated in the bulletin that in case of excessive demand for the public offering, additional sales of 6.25 million Group B shares owned by Abidin Gülü with a nominal value of 6.25 million TL could be realized. It was stated that with the public offering, Gen Ilac will increase its current capital from 250 million TL to 300 million TL.
