ISM Service Index Increased in the USA

ISM service index increased in the USA. Growth in service providers in the country increased more rapidly due to the increase in commercial activities and new orders in December. Growth in service providers in the United States has increased more than expected, driven by the increase in business activity in the range and new orders. According to data released on Thursday (today), the service index rose to 57.2 in December 2020. The index was realized at 55.9 in November. The expectation for the indices was that the value would be 54.5. The ISM employment index, on the other hand, declined to 48.2, following growth in the previous three months. Data released on Wednesday point to a decline in payrolls of service providers in December, led by retail and hospitality companies. The broad business efficiency index regarding the service, realized in parallel with the purchasing managers index and the factory production indicator, rose to 59.4 after successive decreases.
