It Will Be Possible To Establish A Company Online
It will be possible to establish a company online. Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan announced the details.
Trade Minister Ruhsar Pekcan, in her statement on Twitter, stated that businesses have established the legal infrastructure for obtaining signature statements completely electronically and that they have started integration studies with other institutions.
Minister Pekcan said, “When the process is completed, the signature data will be provided by our Ministry in electronic environment and recorded in MERSIS, so it will be possible to complete the company establishment processes in electronic environment without the need to go to the Trade Registry Directorate.”
The Communiqué on the Amendment of the Communiqué on Signing the Company Establishment Agreement at the Trade Registry Directorates, prepared by the Ministry of Trade, entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette.
Until the integration that will allow the acquisition of signature data in electronic environment is completed and even though the integration is achieved, a physical signature declaration will be submitted in cases where the person to be appointed as authorized does not have a signature record in the database.
The physical signature statement can be submitted at the commercial registry offices as well as the notary publics. Physical signature declaration can only be submitted at the trade registry offices in limited company establishments.
If the person has previously provided signature data or signature declaration in the registry file of the same business enterprise or company, a re-signature statement will not be submitted. Again, if the person is appointed as the authorized branch of the company within the same registry environment, the statement of signature given before will be deemed to have been given for the branch.
Signature declarations of persons who are authorized to sign in a foreign country can be arranged by the approval of their signatures by the Turkish consulate in that country or by the competent authorities in accordance with the legislation of that country.
