Joe Biden; “Vladimir Putin NATO-ized all of Europe”

The President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, made striking claims about Russian President Vladimir Putin. Biden stated that while he wanted to make the whole of Europe neutral like Finland, he "NATO-ized" them all.

Joe Biden made evaluations at the graduation ceremony of the Naval Academy in Annapolis, near the US capital, Washington. Referring to the recent leadership of the USA, President Biden noted that the USA played a leading role in sanctions against Russia and aid to Ukraine in the war that started with Russia's invasion of Ukraine. "Putin doesn't just want to take over Ukraine, he really wants to destroy the culture and identity of the Ukrainian people. There is no other reason why he hit schools, nursing homes, hospitals, museums," Biden said. President Biden, who recently came to the fore with the United States' support for Finland and Sweden's NATO membership process, included the statement that "The actions taken by Putin were an attempt, to use my phrase, to Finland-ize all of Europe, to make it all neutral. Instead he NATO-ized all of Europe".
