Kervan Gıda expands abroad. The company reported that a preliminary protocol was signed for a stock purchase with a company abroad. Stating that opportunities abroad will be used in the public offering process, Kervan Gıda made its first move to purchase abroad. Making a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform, Kervan Gıda stated that a preliminary protocol was signed for the acquisition of shares with a company in line with its strategic targets as a result of the researches conducted in order to benefit from customs tax advantages, to distribute the geographical risk and to strengthen the position of the Bebeto brand in the European modern channel. In this context, Kervan Gıda, KPMG Yönetim Danışmanlık A.Ş. signed a contract to complete tax, legal and financial due diligence. According to the company's statement, the said transactions are expected to be completed by March 15, 2021. Making a statement to Bloomberg HT channel before, Burhan Başar, General Manager of Kervan Gıda, stated that they are planning to make a purchase in Europe with 55 percent of the IPO revenue. Kervan Gıda, which is the 7th IPO of 2020, earned 466 million TL.
