Buffet held the lunch tradition for the 21st and last time, which he took a 2-year break due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The previous person who had lunch with Buffett in 2019 was Justin Sun. Cryptocurrency entrepreneur Sun donated $4.57 million for this meal.
Donations are Sent to Glide
People who pay millions for lunch with Buffet donate these donations to the US San Francisco-based charity Glide, which works to help the poor, homeless and survivors of abuse.
Glide uses donations for food, shelter, HIV treatment, employment courses and children's programs.
Thanks to the 21 dishes, Buffet has brought the company $53.2 million to date.
