The most flights in Europe were made at Istanbul Airport.
Istanbul Airport surpassed Europe's leading airports between 28 November and 4 December.
According to the data announced by the European Organization for Air Navigation Safety (
EUROCONTROL), 423 flights were realized on 1 December, 498 on 2 December, 483 on 3 December and 570 on 4 December at Istanbul Airport.
İstanbul Airport also registered 471 flights on November 28, 542 on November 29, and 496 flights on November 30, as the airport with the highest number of flights in Europe for a week until December 4.
Istanbul Airport surpassed the leading airports of Europe such as Amsterdam Schiphol in Amsterdam, Frankfurt Airport in Frankfurt, Heathrow Airport in London and Paris Charles de Gaulle in Paris between 28 November and 4 December.
