Stating that the rental assistance in urban transformation has been increased to 1500 liras, Minister Kurum said, "A new housing campaign will be launched in September-October, in which all companies will participate." Making evaluations at the delivery ceremony of the urban transformation project in Istanbul on the 23rd anniversary of the August 17 earthquake, Kurum stated that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will announce the details of the new housing campaign. The campaign, which will be led by Emlak Konut, will include interest and purchase support. The companies participating in the campaign will promise not to change the price during the period. Within the scope of urban transformation in Istanbul, the rental support of one thousand 150 lira will be increased by 30 percent to one thousand 500 lira. 400 basis points and 400 thousand rates will be increased to 600 basis points and 600 thousand. Urban transformation projects will also be provided with 50 percent interest support.
