Natural Gas Will Be Provided in 6 Districts of Denizli
Natural gas will be provided in 6 districts of Denizli. Minister Dönmez announced that natural gas will be available to Denizli's Baklan, Bozkurt, Buldan, Çardak, Kale and Çal districts.
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Fatih Dönmez, stated that natural gas was first available in Denizli in 2016, and that there are nearly 300,000
natural gas subscribers at this point. Reminding that they have delivered natural gas to the districts of Acıpayam, Çivril, Honaz, Merkezefendi, Pamukkale, Sarayköy, Serinhisar and Tavas until today, Dönmez said, “Our districts of Babadağ, Çal, Baklan, Çameli, Bekilli, Çardak, Beyağaç, Güney, Bozkurt, Kale and Buldan are not supplied with natural gas at the moment. I hope we will provide natural gas to a large part of them, taking into account the population and consumption potential. We have brought this comfort to our citizens by delivering natural gas to Baklan, Bozkurt, Buldan, Çardak, Kale and Çal.”
3.8 Billion TL Investment Made in Denizli
Giving information about the investments made in Denizli in the field of energy and mining,
Dönmez said, "We have invested 3.8 billion liras in Denizli in the last 18 years only in energy and mining. The amount of investment we made last year was 351 million liras. The investment amount we plan for the next year will not be less than that. We are talking about a figure of 500 million lira only in electricity distribution. We are talking about an investment that will continue exponentially when you put at least 100-150 million liras in gas distribution, mining and other fields."
