El Salvador bought 200 BTC in September 2021. El Salvador, which transferred the purchased BTC to its reserves, continues its purchases despite BTC's sharp declines. President Nayib Bukele, who bought 500 BTC at $30,744 on May 9 and saw this as the bottom level, has now purchased another 80 BTC.
Nayib Armando Bukele Ortez announced that he bought 80 BTC at $ 19,000. Stating that Bitcoin is "the future", Bukele thanked those who made the sale. He said thank you "for selling cheaply".
Although it is not known exactly how much Bitcoin El Salvador has in total, it is estimated that the amount of BTC in El Salvador's possession has exceeded 2,301 units, if it is necessary to make calculations based on transparently shared purchases.
