New Fund Will Be Added To Morgan Stanley's BTC Investment Group
Another Bitcoin fund is added to Morgan Stanley, one of the world's largest investment banks.
A new fund will be added to Morgan Stanley’s BTC investment group. In March, the fourth fund is included in Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin investment group, which offers Bitcoin to its customers through a total of 3 funds, two of which are from Galaxy Digital and one of which is created in partnership with NYDIG and FS Investments.
NYDIG and FS Investments have made a statement to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Accordingly, a fourth Bitcoin fund will be added to the group. The fund will again be issued by the NYDIG and FS partnership.
According to the document dated June 15, which the SEC said is a new notification note, NYDIG FS Institutional Bitcoin Fund has not been contacted yet. In addition, Morgan Stanley will also charge some technical and service fees from the customers of the partnership that issued the fund.
As it is known, in March,
Morgan Stanley started to offer a total of 3 Bitcoin funds to its customers. NYDIG and FS Investments also announced their partnership in the same period.
As of April, only the FS NYDIG fund had managed to collect $30 million from
Morgan Stanley investors. The New York Digital Investment Group (NYDIG) also received an investment of 150 million dollars for two cryptocurrency funds, one of which was 100 percent Bitcoin, in December.
