Norwegian Government Banned The Passage of Russian Ships

In the news in question, it was noted that the ports in the country will be closed to Russian ships, and freight transport from Russia by sea will be prohibited.
It has been learned that the decision, which will be effective as of May 7, does not cover fishing vessels.
Ukrainian President
Volodymyr Zelenskiy addressed the Norwegian parliament via videoconference last month, demanding that the government close the ports to Russian ships, as well as air defense missiles.
The Norwegian Ministry of Defense announced in the past weeks that they have sent about 100 French-made Mistral air defense missiles to Ukraine.
After the port decision, both Ukraine's demands were accepted by the Norwegian government.
