Kjell Inge Rokke is preparing to invest in cryptocurrencies along with Bitcoin by establishing a new venture called Seetee.
The Norwegian oil giant is prepares to invest in Bitcoin. Kjell Inge Rokke said that the best defense for some of the problems facing the financial sector and central banks is investing in cryptocurrencies.
According to the news compiled by Bloomberg, Aker Holding, which owns Rokke and includes many companies ranging from oil to renewable energy companies, is preparing to enter the popular crypto currency Bitcoin industry by establishing a new venture called Seetee.
In the note on Seetee’s website, “Bitcoin may still be at the core of a new monetary system, although it has the possibility of going to zero,” Rokke stated that it is not impossible for Bitcoin to see the value of millions of dollars one day.
Rokke also said, “People who know the most about Bitcoin think its future success is inevitable.”
While Seetee has currently started with a relatively small capital of $ 58 million, the company wants to keep all of its liquid investment assets in cryptocurrency.
Seetee plans to focus on Bitcoin investments by partnering with the pioneers of the most valuable cryptocurrency, the Bitcoin market, and other actors in the blockchain community.
