Overtime Pay of Civil Servants Announced The overtime pay of civil servants has been announced. The overtime wage, which was 2.26 TL , rose to 2.40 TL. Personnel working in the special secretariat of the ministries and authority drivers will be paid 90 hours a month, and the drivers working in the central organizations of the general directorates will be paid 2.54 lira overtime instead of 2.39 lira in the new year, not to exceed 60 hours. Provided that the chairman of the board (ministries), general manager and higher unit managers, head of strategy development, governor, general and admiral, provided that they do not exceed 450 hours per month in total for each office, the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff, the force commands and the Gendarmerie General Command and Personnel working with the head of department in the Coast Guard Command, managers of higher units, rectors, metropolitan and provincial mayors will also be paid 2.54 lira overwork per hour, not exceeding 90 hours a month.   How Will Other Overtime Payments Be? Employees working in the General Directorate of Credit and Dormitories and in dormitories affiliated with universities will be paid an additional work fee of 2.40 lira in the new year, provided that it does not exceed 90 hours per month, in return for their overtime work. Administrative personnel of the Ministry of National Education, who are associated with the vocational schools in the vocational and technical education region and work in technical secondary education institutions, will be paid 4.14 lira per hour, provided that they do not exceed 100 hours per month, for their overtime work after the end of the legal working hours.   How Will Domestic Daily Wages Be? Domestic daily wages and compensation amounts were also determined in accordance with the Travel Allowance Law. In the new year, the domestic daily amount to be paid to the Speaker of the Parliament and Vice Presidents will increase from 73.25 lira to 80.50 lira. The domestic daily amount will increase to 61.65 lira for civil servants with an additional indicator of 8000 and higher. 46.35 lira will be paid to the lowest level official.
