Presidential Budget Will Increase by 28.1 Percent in 2021
The presidential
budget will increase by 28.1 percent in 2021. With this increase, the budget will be 4 billion 39 million lira.
Vice President Fuat Oktay announced the 2021 budget of the Presidency in his speech at the TBMM Plan and Budget Commission. Stating that the Presidential budget will increase by 28.1 percent, Oktay said that the budget was determined as 4 billion 39 million liras.
Fuat Oktay stated in his presentation that it is projected to allocate 2 billion 628 million allowances with an increase of 446 million TL next year to the National Intelligence Organization, whose 2020 initial allowance is 2 billion 182 million TL.
In addition, it was stated that the allowance to be given to the Directorate of Religious Affairs for 2021 will be 12 billion 977 million TL.
Vice President Fuat Oktay stated that, a total of 18 investment projects with a total value of 388 million dollars have started operation and used the following statements:
“The projects brought to our country were realized in various sectors, including 12 investments from scratch, 2 expansion investments and 4 local offices. These investments belong to 9 countries, mainly Spain, Germany, Italy and South Korea.”
