Ranking of the cheapest natural gas and electricity in Europe
Following the energy crisis in Europe, natural gas and electricity prices were surveyed in 29 countries. According to the survey, Turkey was the cheapest country in Europe in terms of electricity and natural gas prices.

The Russian response to the embargo against Russia, especially in Europe, was to cut off natural gas. In the face of this situation, natural gas prices increased in Europe and electricity prices increased in parallel with natural gas prices.
In the face of this crisis affecting Europe and the world in particular, Turkey has been the least affected country by this energy crisis as a result of its diplomatic efforts with both sides.
In terms of both natural gas and electricity prices, Turkey pays the lowest price for both items among 29 European countries.
The price of 1 cubic meter of gas in Turkey is 4.72 TL (0.2570 euro). 1 kilowatt-hour of electricity costs 1.45 kurus (0.07 euro).
According to a survey of 29 countries, the Netherlands has the highest price of 1 cubic meter of natural gas among European countries. In the Netherlands, 1 cubic meter of natural gas is sold at 66.59 TL (3.6 euros).
Looking at electricity prices, it was found that the country paying the highest price is the UK. In the UK, 1 kilowatt-hour of electricity is sold for 11.79 TL (0.64 euro).
