What is the Realized Price?
Realized price represents the price of used coins, unlike the current price, and excludes coins that have been lost or have been sleeping in wallets for years. This price is the realized market value divided by the circulating supply.
On the other hand, the realized market value of Bitcoin also reached an all-time high and was recorded as 378 billion 768 million dollars.
Designed by analytics firm Coin Metrics, this metric finds the total network value of a cryptocurrency multiplied by the time it last moved. For example, if a coin last moved in 2018 and the price was $4,000 at that time, the measurement takes this price into account and calculates from this price (from $4,000), not the current price. Thus, the realized total market value is calculated.
