New Regulation In The Number Of Installments In Automotive

The new regulation was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.

A new regulation was made in the number of installments in automotive with the new article added to the Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on Principles and Rules to be Applied in Retail Trade published in the Official Gazette. The said arrangement was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. In the first paragraph of Article 12/B of the Regulation on Principles and Rules to be Applied in Retail Trade published in the Official Gazette dated August 6, 2016 and numbered 29793, the expression "excluding residential sales" was added to the first paragraph of the phrase "in the sale of goods and services in installments". In addition, the number of installments in automotive was regulated with the clause added to the second paragraph of the article in question. With the new regulation, the number of installments according to the final invoice value is as follows: * 60-month installments for vehicle sales of 120 thousand TL or less * 48-month installments for vehicle sales between 120 thousand and 300 thousand TL * 36-month installments for vehicle sales between 300 thousand and 750 thousand TL * 24-month installments for vehicle sales over 750 thousand TL
