It has been discovered that trading platform Robinhood will launch a new NFT wallet to include non-cryptocurrency areas in the company's ecosystem.
Robinhood Begins Work for Web 3.0 Wallet. Trading platform Robinhood announced in a press release that it has begun development of a multi-chain Web 3.0 wallet that will give investors full control over their digital assets as well as access to decentralized protocols.
Thanks to this wallet, investors can trade their crypto assets without network fees, connect to NFT markets and earn income from these assets by storing their own NFTs.
Speaking to CNBC on the subject, Robinhood CEO and co-founder Vlad Tenev noted that this new wallet continues to work to expand access to decentralized exchange platforms and find new ways to transfer digital assets to their owners.
On the other hand, Coinbase, the largest crypto exchange in the US, recently launched its new Ethereum-based DApp wallet for crypto offerings, accessible from the Coinbase app.
