Never Spend More Than You Earn
But how? We're going to point out some advice so you don't spend more than you earn.
1- Expenditures constitute the most crowded and most flexible part of the budget. The most important rule when spending is to "spend less than you earn each month and write down every expenditure you make".
2- The easiest way to track expenses is to create an "
expenditure diary" and write down all expenses, even if they are 50 cents.
3- Before making an expenditure, consider whether it is a want or a need.
4- Before you reach the cashier, take 10 seconds and ask the following question: Is this a want or a need for me? For big purchases, go home and think for 10 days. The thing you want to buy will always be there, just make sure you want to buy it.
5- When there is a sudden need to spend, think about your belongings at home and remind yourself of your financial goals.
6- Always keep aside 3 times your monthly expenses for unexpected situations.
7- Do not forget that; luxury consumption is the goods and services that we use to provide more comfort and satisfaction beyond what is necessary for living.
