Sapphire's RDNA 2-Based Mining Cards Revealed
Sapphire's RDNA 2-based mining cards are revealed. Sapphire's GPRO X080 and GPRO X060 mining cards have been announced.
Although the use of gaming GPUs in
mining cards is a controversial move, the graphics card industry continues to suffer from stock shortages due to the effects of the mining and chip crisis. GPRO X080 and GPRO X060 mining cards with RDNA 2 architecture of
Sapphire, which joined the companies producing special mining cards, emerged.
With its Navi 22 chip, the GPRO X080, which comes with a 165W TDP/38.05 MH/s hashrate value by default, can also be adjusted to 93W to 41.6 MH/s. It also comes with 2,304 stream processors, a maximum clock speed of 2,132 MHz, 10GB of GDDR6 memory and a 160-bit memory bus.
The second model, GPRO X060, powered by the Navi 23 XL chip, offers 100W TDP/28 MH/s hashrate by default, while this value can be adjusted to 60W and 30 MH/s. GPRO x060 mining card comes with 1,792 stream processors, a maximum clock speed of 2,044 MHz and 8GB of GDDR6 memory, along with a 128-bit memory bus.
The price of the GPRO X080, the top model of the new mining cards, is priced at 750 Euros, while the lower model GPRO X060 will have a price tag of 550 Euros.
