SCT Regulation on Refinery and Petrochemical Products
The decision to reset the SCT for some refinery and petrochemical products was published in the Official Gazette.
An
SCT regulation was made on some refinery and petrochemical products. The regulation made was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force. According to the Presidential decision, if the products produced in refinery and petrochemical facilities are used in the production of products that are not subject to SCT, the SCT amount is zeroed. In addition, no SCT will be charged for product delivery between refinery and petrochemical facilities.
According to the Presidential decision published in the Official Gazette, the amount of SCT was zeroed in the delivery of petroleum goods that are on the list of SCT (I) produced in petrochemical facilities operating within the scope of refinery license and operation license, in order to be used in the production of goods that are not subject to SCT.
SCT will not be applied for the delivery of these products to be used in manufacturing between refinery and petrochemical facilities or between petrochemicals and refineries.
