Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov once again made statements about the risks at the door. Speaking to Russian state television, Minister Sergei Lavrov noted that any agreement to end the conflict in Ukraine will largely depend on the military situation on the ground. Sergei Lavrov stated that they do not want the risks of nuclear war to increase and said, "But the danger is serious. We should not underestimate this danger." Minister Lavrov also stated that the weapons sent by the West to Ukraine are a legitimate target for the Russian army, adding that "NATO is waging a proxy war with Russia over Ukraine and is arming this deputy."
