Shares around the world continue to grow and break records

World stocks continue to rise at the beginning of the new week and set new records. The price of the European reference oil Brent exceeded 60 USD (50.07 euros) per barrel (159 liters). The actions support, above all, hopes for new incentives in the US that Congress could approve later this month, as well as optimism about the COVID-19 vaccination. The global MSCI All Country World Index (ACWI) reached a new high on Monday, setting a new record nine times this year. The key Japanese Nikkei 225 index strengthened by 2.12 percent and for the first time since 1990 it exceeded 29,000 points (closed at 29,388.50 points).

Chinese stocks have also improved.

In Europe, the key German index Dax reached a new high and in the US it opened Wall Street with growth, while all three major American indices Dow Jones, S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite reached new records. Dax was up 0.47 percent to 14,122.36 points. The main French CAC 40 index increased by 0.81 percent, the Italian FTSE MIB by 1.79 percent and the Spanish IBEX 35 by 0.35 percent. The EuroStoxx 50 eurozone blue-chip index was at 0.56 percent to 3676.12 points and the STOXX Europe 600 pan-European index was plus 0.56 percent to 411.90 points.

Wall Street and oil prices have also risen

On Wall Street, the key US Dow Jones Industrial Average was with a plus 0.64 percent to 31,347.63 points. The broader S&P 500 rose 0.45 percent to 3,904.42 points and the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.58 percent to 13,936.31 points. The price of the Brent North Sea oil mixture reached the highest on Monday since January last year. The April Brent contract sold 73 cents or 1.23 percent at $ 60.07 a barrel.
