Apartment building solar capacity limit increased
With the decision of EMRA, the capacity limit for solar electricity generation was increased from 10 kW to 25 kW with tax, customs and 4th region incentives in areas such as apartments, sites and villas in order to expand production. Sector officials stated that an average investment of 20 thousand dollars is required for this capacity in an area of 100-120 square meters, and that a longer average 10-year term loan facility is required than the current maximum 2-year term consumer loans.
