State of Tennessee Prepared A Cryptocurrency Bill

The state of Tennessee has prepared a cryptocurrency bill. Municipalities will be able to invest in cryptocurrencies and NFTs.

With the spread and acceptance of cryptocurrencies, legal regulations have accelerated. As one of these studies, the state of Tennessee has introduced a bill for crypto and NFT investments. The cryptoasset and NFT bill introduced by Tennessee Lawmaker Jason Powell covers allowing Tennessee and county municipalities to invest in cryptocurrencies and NFTs. Jason Powell thinks crypto-friendly laws will be beneficial for the state. Additionally, Powell noted that other state lawmakers must act quickly so that Tennessee does not fall behind in crypto technology. Making a statement on the subject, Powell said the following: “We are a dynamic, growing city and I want to make sure we foster a positive environment. That's why I have great faith in Blockchain technology.”
