TechOne VC, which celebrated its 2nd anniversary in June, closed last year as the most active venture capital fund. Managing Partner Yiğit Arslan stated that the total number of companies invested by the fund, which last invested in Figo Para this year, has reached 45, and announced that their goal is to manage Turkey's largest venture capital fund within 3 years.

Founded in June 2020, the year of the pandemic, TechOne VC made a rapid entry into its adventure as one of the last players to enter the ecosystem. TechOne VC, which funded 44 startups in a short time with its investments in different verticals, made its last investment in Figo Para. The company, which is numerically considered as the most active equity fund of 2021, wants to reach a size of 1 billion dollars in 3 years and rise to the top in its field. We talked to Yiğit Arslan, managing partner of TechOne VC, which focuses on early-stage technology startups with the potential to scale in global markets, about his experiences in the market, the global conjuncture and future goals. TechOne was established in June 2020. We invested in 44 startups in 2 years, the last time we invested in Figo Para the other day; it became 45. TechOne invested 500 thousand dollars, 1.5 million dollars from our L2 fund with Global Investment Holding, and 2 million dollars from Logo Software, we invested 4-4.5 million dollars in Figo Para from the group we are in. Global funds are becoming more wait-and-see, and with that they are trying to be more selective in their investments. This brings with it a decline in investment appetite.
