Accordingly, Tekfen Construction, a subsidiary of Tekfen Holding, started contract negotiations to undertake the construction of the building in question. According to the statement made by Tekfen Holding, its subsidiary Tekfen Construction received a notification letter to undertake the construction of the Azerbaijan Central Bank Administration Building and started meetings for the contract. Holding made a statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), and noted that the scope of the work is engineering, equipment and material supply, turnkey construction works and the total duration of the project is 36 months. The statement also stated that the amount of the contract is predicted to be close to 250 million dollars and a new statement will be made if the contract is signed.
