The scope of LPG storage will be expanded

The scope of the definition of "storage" in the Law Amending the Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Market Law and the Electricity Market Law has been expanded. The phrase "LPG distributors" in the definition was changed to "market operators." Thus, other licensees were also included. Refiners have been added to the definition of "storage" in order to meet the LPG storage needs of refineries outside the refinery site. Licenses will not be granted under the Law on Amending the LPG Market Law and the Electricity Market Law to those who have a final conviction for acts contrary to the Anti-Smuggling Law. If the license holder is a legal entity, no license shall be granted to the partners holding more than 10% of the shareholding in the said legal entity as of the date of the crime, as well as the chairman and members of the board of directors who have left or are still in office, and those who are authorized to represent and bind.

Domestic production support in renewable energy

All legal deadlines will cease. These periods will start to run from the day the suspension period ends. As of the start date of the suspension period, the periods remaining for 15 days or less until the end of the suspension period will be deemed to be extended by 30 days, starting from the day following the end of the suspension period.
