Social media platform Twitter, which announced that it will have legal representation in Turkey a while ago, reported that it appointed Kevin Cope, who resides in the USA as a representative in Turkey.

Twitter Established Company in Turkey

According to the records of the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate published yesterday in the Trade Registry Gazette, a company was established with the title "Twitter internet content services limited company". The address of the company with a capital of 10 thousand TL was Şişli district in Istanbul. As the founder of the company in Turkey, the name of the US-based company T.I. Redwing LLC was recorded. While T.I. Redwing LLC company was selected as the director of Twitter's Turkish company, it was stated that Kevin Cope, who resides in the USA, will carry out the task on behalf of the legal entity. Google and TikTok were also among those who founded a company in Turkey. Facebook has yet to set up a company in Turkey.
