Elite Naturel (#ELITE)

Within the scope of VBTS, ELITE.E shares will not be subject to short selling and credit transactions from 30/09/2022 (beginning of the session) to 28/10/2022 (end of the session).

Mega Polyethylene (#MEGAP)

MEGAP.E shares will not be subject to short selling and credit transactions from 30/09/2022 (beginning of the session) until 28/10/2022 (end of the session).

What is the Volatility Based Trading System (VBTS)?

Pursuant to the relevant decisions of the Capital Markets Board, the Volatility Based Measure System was put into effect in order to ensure that the transactions in the shares traded on the Borsa Istanbul Equity Market are carried out in a fair and honest manner and to protect investors from the risks brought by excessive volatility. In this context, if the necessary conditions are met in the relevant shares, gradually and by continuing to apply the previous level measure or measures while applying the next level measure;

1. First level "Short Sale and Credit Transaction Prohibition" measure for 1 month
2. Second level "Gross Settlement" measure for 1 month
3. Third level "Order Package (Restriction of Market Order and Market to Limit Order Entry, Prohibition of Order Cancellation, Order Quantity Reduction and Order Price Worsening and Restriction of Order Aggregation Information Dissemination)" measure for 1 month
4. Fourth level "Trading with Single Price Method" measure for 1 month
5. The fifth level "Restriction of Order Transmission Channels (Internet Order Ban)" measure is applied for 1 month.
