US stock markets increased after the closing of Friday with the rise in shares in the Oil and Gas, Consumer Goods and Finance sectors.
With the closing of the NYSE stock market, Dow Jones Industrial Average increased by 1.44 percent, while the S&P 500 index rose by 1.05 percent. The NASDAQ Composite index gained 0.66 percent.
JPMorgan Chase & Co (NYSE: JPM), traded under the Dow Jones Industrial Average, recording the best performance of the session, rose 5.47% or 4.99 points to 96.27. Meanwhile, Goldman Sachs Group Inc (NYSE: GS) rose by 4.44% or 8.73 points to 205.56, while The Travelers Companies Inc (NYSE: TRV) rose 3.45% or 3.80 points to operate at 113.84.
Recording the worst performance of the session, Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT) fell 0.30% or 0.65 points to close the day at 213.67. Cisco Systems Inc (NASDAQ: CSCO) traded at 46.66, down 0.09% or 0.04 points. Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ) fell 0.08% or 0.12 points to 142.37.
Carnival Corporation (NYSE: CCL), which was trading under the S&P 500 and recorded the best performance, was at 16.16, rising 10.84%, while Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd (NYSE: RCL) closed at 51.77, an increase of 9.87%.
WiMi Hologram Cloud Inc (NASDAQ: WIMI), traded under NASDAQ Composite, completed the level at 14.63 with an increase of 280.99%, while Tarena Intl Adr (NASDAQ: TEDU) traded at a level of 2,320 with an increase of 44.10%. Wah Fu Education Group Ltd (NASDAQ: WAFU) was trading at 7,180, up 43.60%.
