US Warned Turkey About The S-400 Missile System

The USA warned Turkey about the S-400 missile system. The US Senate Foreign Relations Committee issued a sanction warning.

US Senators have warned that NATO ally Turkey could face new sanctions if it acquires new Russian S-400 defense systems. US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, chaired by Senator Bob Menendez, posted a tweet, said "Every new acquisition of Turkey will mean new sanctions." President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in an interview broadcast on the US-based CBS television, said that he could move forward with the purchase of the new S-400 air defense system, despite the objections of the US.

President Erdogan noted the following regarding the US stance on Turkey's purchase of the S-400: "He can't interfere with it. If you don't give me the Patriot, you cannot interfere with any defense system that I will buy from another country at the point of defense.
