This week, the BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul saw the lowest 1,471.54 points and the highest 1,549.51 points. After these levels, the BIST 100 index closed the week at 1,527.17 points, with an increase of 3.65 percent compared to the previous week's close.
The selling price per gram of 24-carat gold bullion, traded in the Grand Bazaar this week, fell to 405.70 liras with a loss of 6.65 percent, while the selling price of Republican gold fell by 6.59 percent to 2.694.00 liras. The sales price of the quarter gold, which was 705.00 liras last week, decreased to 658.00 liras.
The US dollar, which depreciated by 3.30 percent this week, declined to 7,0540 liras, while the Euro, which lost 4.44 percent, fell to 8,4720 liras.
This week,
mutual funds lost 0.10 percent in value, while private pension funds lost 0.85 percent. In terms of categories, the highest earning among mutual funds was recorded as stock funds with 1.51 percent.
