Stocks traded on Borsa Istanbul this week gained an average of 3.06 percent compared to July 19, while the selling price of gold per gram decreased by 1.08 percent, Euro/TL fell by 1.11 percent, and USD/TL declined by 1.41 percent. This week, the BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul saw the lowest 1.341.93 and the highest 1.393.37 points. Following these levels, the BIST 100 index finished the week at 1,392.91 points, gaining 3.06 percent compared to the previous week's closing. The selling price of 24-carat gold bullion, traded in the Grand Bazaar this week, fell to 493.20 TL with a depreciation of 1.08 percent, and the sales price of the Republican gold fell to 3.270.00 TL with a 1.12 percent depreciation. On July 19, the selling price of quarter gold, which was 808.00 TL, decreased to 799.00 TL. The US dollar, which depreciated by 1.41 percent this week, fell to 8,4160 TL, while the Euro depreciated by 1.11 percent to 9,9970 TL. While mutual funds gained 0.42 this week, private pension funds gained 0.46%. Equity Funds were the highest earner among mutual funds with 1.29 percent.
