This week, stocks traded on Borsa Istanbul gained 0.94 percent on a weekly basis, while Euro/TL dropped 0.53 percent, USD/TL 1.58 percent, and the selling price of gold per gram depreciated by 0.21 percent. This week, BIST 100 index in Borsa Istanbul saw the lowest point of 1.444.11 and the highest point of 1.472.46. After these levels, the BIST 100 index finished the week at 1,458.23 points, gaining 0.94 percent compared to the previous week's closing. The selling price of 24-carat gold bullion, traded in the Grand Bazaar this week, fell to 485.20 TL with a 0.21 percent depreciation, and the selling price of the Republican gold to 3.224.00 TL with a 0.22 percent depreciation. The price of quarter gold, which was 788.00 TL last week, decreased to 786 TL. The US dollar, which depreciated by 1.58 percent this week, fell to 8.3660 TL, while the euro depreciated by 0.53 percent to 9.8710 TL. While mutual funds gained 0.12 this week, private pension funds lost 0.13 percent. Equity Funds were the highest earner among mutual funds with 0.41 percent.
