Stocks traded in Borsa Istanbul increased by 1.96 percent on a weekly basis, the selling price of gold rose by 5.75 percent, USD/TL exchange rate has increased by 2.78%, and Euro/TL rate depreciated by 0.13 percent on a weekly basis. BIST 100 index, after seeing the lowest point of 1,912.23 and the highest point of 2,047.01, closed the week at 1,990.75 points, increasing by 1.96 percent compared to the previous week's closing. The selling price of 24-carat gold bullion, traded in the Grand Bazaar, rose to 890.60 TL with a gain of 5.75 percent this week, and the sales price of the Republican gold rose to 5,888.00 TL with a gain of 5.71 percent. The sales price of quarter gold, which was 1,361,00 TL last weekend, increased to 1,439,00 TL. This week, the US dollar appreciated by 2.78 percent to 14.2680 TL, while the euro decreased by 0.13 percent to 15.5820 TL. Mutual funds gained 1.29 percent this week, while private pension funds gained 0.63 percent. Equity Funds were the highest earner among mutual funds with 3.56 percent.
