Bitcoin ETF Application From Fidelity
Major asset management firm Fidelty has applied to the US Securities and Exchange Commission for a Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF).
In the application file, the sponsor of the fund is FD Funds Management LLC and its manager is Fidelity Service Company Inc. It was also seen in the document that FD Funds Management LLC shared the same address with Fidelidity's Boston office. Fidelity Digital Assets, the company's digital asset-focused subsidiary, will provide custody services for the ETF.
