  Who Will Manufacture The Energy Batteries For APPLE CARS? Energy Batteries -American Technology Giant Apple has started To Execute Supply Agreements with Chinese Companies! In a report published by Reuters on Tuesday, Apple  AAPL (NASDAQ) $127,13 +0,39 (+%0,31) announced that it is discussing the production of energy batteries for its very close and long-talked autonomous vehicles with at least two Chinese battery manufacturers. News sources suggested that the battery companies were BYD and Contemporary Amperex Technology  300750.SZ (Shenzhen) ￥409.37 -0.22(-0.05%). The biggest problem seems to be Apple's obvious insistence that the batteries are made in the USA. It is expected to be a tough deal, given the trade wars between the two countries that have been going on for the past few years. The high costs, logistics and administrative difficulties of operating a large facility abroad are also among the deterrents.

It is said that if Apple is the winner of this agreement, it may be a victory that will be celebrated with enthusiasm even at the upper levels of the government. Jared Bernstein, senior economic adviser to the White House, said he would support a view that is fully consistent with what the President has said, particularly on supply chains and global market share growth. Apple never confirmed the rumors about Apple Car, but did not comment on Reuters' statements. Chinese battery manufacturers, BYD and Amperex, have not yet made an official statement on this issue.
