Tesla yesterday ignored local health authorities and went ahead to reopen their car-making plant in California.
This was after the CEO Elon Musk had made a tweet daring the County to arrest him.
However, the County health officials said that they will issue an update after reviewing Tesla's safety plan.
Seems like the safety plan was good because they notified Tesla that they could maintain minimal work until an approved plan is in place. The health officers said Tesla can open its U.S car factory in Fremont if it adopts extra recommendations to battle the coronavirus
Currently all Tesla plants are up and running and Tesla is also fully reopening it's battery gigafactory in Nevada.
On Tuesday the Tesla stock closed at $809.41 and has a pre-market value of $825.00 as of the time of this writing.
