1. JP Morgan Chase
Giant bank JP Morgan Chase (NYSE:JPM) will report its second-quarter results ahead of the market open on Tuesday, July 13. Analysts' expectation was that the company, one of the most important banks of Wall Street, announced a profit of $ 3.16 per share with revenue of $ 29.26 billion.
After a strong rally this year, JPM stock closed at $155.77 on Friday. Shares rose 22% in 2021, surpassing the S&P 500's 16% performance in the same period.
2. PepsiCo
Food and beverage giant PepsiCo (NASDAQ:PEP) will also announce its fiscal 2021 second-quarter results on Tuesday before the market open. Analysts' average expectation was $1.53 per share, with revenue of $17.97 billion.
Pepsi says it expects strong sales in its North American beverage unit as consumers begin to revisit restaurants and movie theaters.
PEP shares, which have risen nearly 5% in the past three months, finished Friday at $149.48.
3. Delta Air Lines
Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) will announce its second-quarter results on Wednesday, July 14, ahead of market opening. Analysts expected a loss of 1.36 per share with revenue of $6.14 billion.
The global airline industry is trying to make a comeback after a devastating 2020, when air traffic collapsed due to Covid-19 cases.
Delta shares, which have fallen 13% in the past three months, ended Friday at $42.92.
