In Turkey, a new record was set in wind powered electricity. According to the data, yesterday reached an all-time high of 203,69 megawatt-hours.

Wind power plants ranked first with a share of 25.42 percent in production. Wind power plants were followed by lignite with 17 percent and hydroelectric power plants with dams with 11.58 percent. Thus, electricity produced from wind energy in Turkey reached an all-time high with 203,69 megawatt-hours. The latest record in electricity generation from wind was recorded as 189,258 megawatt-hours on April 1.
