According to CryptoQuant There Was A Huge Bitcoin Purchase
According to Ki Young Ju, CEO of cryptocurrency data analytics platform CryptoQuant, there was a huge Bitcoin purchase.
CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju made an important claim, while wondering which direction
Bitcoin will follow and whether there will be new bull movements, BTC crossed the $ 40 thousand limit once again at the weekend but fell to $ 38 thousand as of tonight.
Ju shared a chart showing the rise in Bitcoin price and transfer level at the same time as the decrease in the flow of funds on exchanges, and wrote:
"Someone is buying huge amounts of BTC. 99 percent of transactions take place outside of exchanges. Probably OTC platforms. If big companies announce their BTC purchase, the 'bears' will be in serious trouble. I can't comment on short-term price action, though."

Something Similar Happened in September
CryptoQuant CEO added another tweet to this, reminding him of a post stating that the rate of BTCs transferred in September 2020 reached the highest level of the year and that most of these movements were not on exchanges:
"A similar situation happened in September 2020. The transactions were probably on OTC platforms, not exchanges. While the BTC transfer was at the highest level of the season, the fund flow rate on the exchanges was at the bottom."
